30 Day No Hassle Return Policy for Change of Mind Orders:

We like to keep things simple. We understand that people sometimes have a change of mind, or once a product is seen, the color may not quite work. Therefore, we provide an easy 30-day-no-hassle return to exchange or send back items. Simply return your unopened, unused item and we'll refund or exchange your purchase.

We do not refund Return Shipping costs, however, we make the process as simple as possible.

1-30 Days: Please contact us to arrange a return for a full refund or replacement.
Please note product must be in original packaging.
30-60 Days: Return for a store credit if the item is defective.

The Return Process:

Notify us of your intent to return the product.
Please return the product to the address listed above - we do not provide return address labels.
The USPS now offers free tracking on all their packages, so this is an affordable method for returning smaller goods. Please hold on to your receipt of proof of mailing.
Once we receive your return item, we will credit you for the cost you paid for the items, or gladly exchange the items if you prefer. Credits are processed in the way payment was received. IE: PayPal, Credit Card etc.
Any shipping amounts that were paid are not refundable.
Depending on your bank and original method of payment, please allow 3-5 days for refunds to show on your account.


Should you wish to exchange a product, follow the return process steps above and let us know what you'd like in exchange.
Your product will be mailed out as soon as the return product arrives at our office.
If you do not wish to wait for your return product to arrive before we ship out the exchange item to you, simply place a new order and we will process the refund once your return product arrives.

Products Ineligible for Returns:

Items sold on clearance or end of season specials are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged / Defective Items:

We continually strive to sell high quality products, but realize that things sometimes may break due to manufacturing errors or shipping.
Should an item be defective, we offer a store credit, refund or exchange for a similar product if available.

We accept all items damaged during shipping, and items deemed to be defective. Please inspect your items upon receiving your order for any issues. If your item was damaged during shipping or is defective, we will gladly send you a replacement with no additional shipping costs. Please send us an email or give us a call to discuss the issue.

We do not always require products to be returned to us. Usually a description of what is wrong with the product or a digital photo is all we need, as long as we can clearly identify the issue.

PLEASE NOTE: We quality check and inspect our products very carefully before shipping.
